Jimmy "Chirpy" Chambers ist auf vielen Platten als Hintergrundstimme zu hören, so unter anderem für Chris Rea, Wham!, die Stranglers, Madness, Evelyn Thomas und Amii Stewart. Zusammen mit George Chandler und Tony Jackson sang er auf dem Trio-Lied "But I do anyhow" der LP Whats the password (1985) im Chor mit.
