  • Note: This album contains recordings by Tiny Grimes and his Rocking Highlanders for Gotham - four of them previously unreleased: A 01, 08-10 and 13. Unfortunately, the music jumps around a lot chronologically. Despite getting such a high billing Screamin' Jay Hawkins actually has only two vocals on this CD ("Why did you waste my time?" and "No hug, no kiss"), although there are vocal features for J. B. Summers and Haji Baba and some tenor spots for Benny Golson, John Hardee and Red Prysock.
